If you would like to place an order please fill in this form and we will be pleased to send you a free Order Pack. You don't need to be local, ashes can be safely sent through the post. The pack will contain everything you need to place your order with Evermore Glass, including an Order Form, some bags and a scoop for the ashes (there are several spare bags so you don't need to fill them all), and a prepaid return envlope. All you have to do is return your completed order pack and we will then confirm your order.
