What Does ‘Ashes into Glass’ Mean?

Turning ashes into glass is a delicate, meaningful process. It involves embedding a small amount of cremation ash within molten glass to form a permanent, personalised memorial. These keepsakes are then shaped into jewellery or display items—each one as unique as the life it represents.

The Art of Combining Memory and Glass

When ashes are fused into glass, they create a visual texture—small, glistening patterns that appear suspended in colour and light. Our artisans use this interplay to enhance the natural beauty of the memorial, symbolising how memory and love remain ever-present.

Evermore Glass—Where Remembrance Meets Craft

Created by a Skilled Glass Artist

Founded by Sally Carver in 2008, Evermore Glass is a small independent studio in St Ives. Every piece is made by hand using Murano glass and sterling silver. Sally brings over 15 years of lampworking experience and a genuine passion for honouring life through her work.

A Personal Service from Start to Finish

We know this is more than just jewellery—it’s a tribute. We provide a highly personal service, guiding you through each step and treating every set of ashes with the utmost respect.

Inspired by the Cornish Landscape

Our designs reflect the colours and calm of the Cornish coastline. Choose soft greens, deep ocean blues or the pinks of a coastal sunset—each hue carefully selected to tell a story.
